Organic Coffee Blend
Organic coffee blend composed of only Arabica species originating from Brazil, Central America and Africa. Composition, processing and packaging take place within our factory following a production process of quality and absolute rigor.
The various selections that make up the blend are tested before entering the production process, and after roasting, sample tastings are conducted.
To produce microlots of excellent quality, we have equipped ourselves with a small roasting plant with state-of-the-art technology in which the processing cycle and roasting curves can be programmed according to the coffee origins purchased. We will provide the customer with a copy of the certification upon request.
DESCRIPTION:
Fine-textured, compact hazelnut-colored cream with ebony streaks. Excellent aromatic complexity. Poor acidity. Fruity reminiscences by retrospect.
